Can I apply to more than 1 Deanery at the same time?  Will this increase my chance of getting selected?

Answer

You can apply for 2 Deaneries at the same time, and you must declare which is your first / second choice.  This is checked centrally, so if you try to mislead, your application WILL be thrown out of both deaneries.  Many deaneries only consider people that have selected them as the first choice.

I recommend applying to 1 Deanery only, and concentrating on putting in a really good application.
